in process measurement and improvement.

To help you set up a supplier monitoring/auditing system based upon the risk to your business and work more closely with your suppliers/contractors to build partnerships where desirable. This course provides the tools to assess the risk of suppliers.

This workshop helps companies to establish and project manage an
implementation programme. How to ensure the policy statement and system reflects business needs
and objectives, and how to establish quality improvement
teams (QIT’s) to drive implementation is included. The structuring of system documentation based upon

This workshop provides an explanation of problem solving techniques, how to apply them in a structured manner for CQI, how to manage CQI and how to measure their effectiveness. This course will help to meet the improvement requirements of ISO 9000:2000.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INTEGRATION 2days
For companies who want to re-model their systems to meet the requirements of ISO 9000/14001 and BS 8800/OHSAS 18001, this in-house workshop provides a way of linking business processes to these standards and structuring your documentation.
If your internal audits are compliance based and of limited effect in seeking improvements to your system, this course will help to refresh and revitalise your approach and meet requirements of ISO 9000:2000 for continued improvement.
How to extend the quality system to areas of high importance beyond the requirements of ISO 9000, to bring the benefits of structure, processes and integration. ‘’Quality begins in marketing’’ is a claim made by leading management experts.
